Welcome to Chalo Ghoomein! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including travel bookings, tours, and other related services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1 Final Itinerary: The final program after meeting the customer’s requirements and agreeing on the program, services, and prices. Once the customer pays the deposit, a booking code is created, and the final itinerary is confirmed.

1.2 Travel Date: The day the customer begins their tour with Chalo Ghooemein.

1.3 Policy Application Milestones:

  • Start Date: The beginning of the tour.
  • 15 Days Before Start Date: First milestone for cancellation policy.
  • 7 Days Before Start Date: Second milestone for cancellation policy.

2. Policy on Full Itinerary Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation 15 Days Before Start Date:

  • No charge for cancellation and a full refund of the deposit for tour and hotel services.
  • Exceptions: This does not apply to air tickets, train tickets, services requiring advance payment for early bird prices, or hotel policies not in line with Lily’s program.

2.2 Cancellation 7-15 Days Before Start Date:

  • 50% of the total cost will be charged for tour and hotel services.

2.3 Cancellation Within 7 Days Before Start Date:

  • 100% of the total cost will be charged for tour and hotel services.

2.4 Hotel and Cruise Changes:

  • If a hotel or cruise must be changed due to their own reasons (e.g., maintenance, repairs), Chalo Ghooemein will assist in finding an alternative hotel or cruise of similar quality.

3. Policy on Program Changes from the Customer’s Side

3.1 Changes Made 15 Days Before the Start Date:

  • No charge for changes to the final itinerary.
  • The updated final itinerary will be sent to the customer.
  • Exceptions: This does not apply to flight tickets, train tickets, services requiring advance payment for early bird prices, or hotels with policies not in line with Lily’s program. Sales staff will inform the customer in advance when booking.

3.2 Changes Made Within 15 Days of Start Date:

  • Chalo Ghooemein reserves the right to refuse service changes.
  • If changes are accepted, the customer will be required to pay any additional costs.
  • Sales staff will notify the customer of any extra charges after confirming the changes with partners.
  • Customers should review and confirm the final version of the itinerary before the tour begins.

3.3 Changes After the Start Date:

  • Chalo Ghooemein has the right to refuse changes to the program after the tour has started.
  • If changes are made, the customer will be required to bear all additional costs caused by the changes.
  • Changes can be made without extra charges up to three times, but after the fourth change, additional fees will apply.

3.4 Unexpected Events:

  • Customers may request program changes or refunds in case of unexpected events such as natural disasters, storms, accidents, injuries, or food poisoning caused by Chalo Ghooemein or its partners.
  • Chalo Ghooemein will provide maximum support for cancellations due to practical needs, but any cancellation or change will be subject to the principles outlined above.
  • In cases where Chalo Ghooemein can resell services that customers need to cancel, we will refund the customer the amount for the resold services.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date the refund is approved.


5. Responsibility for Passports and Visas

5.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and visas for their trip. Chalo Ghooemein will not be held responsible for expired passports or visa applications that the customer manages themselves.


6. Children Policy

6.1 Child Under 3 (sharing the same bed with a parent): Free of charge.

6.2 Child from 3-10 Years Old:

  • 55% of the adult price if sharing the same bed with a parent.
  • 85% of the adult price if using an extra bed.

7. Additional Policies

7.1 This policy on cancellations, program changes, and refund procedures will be supplemented by our deposit and payment policies, which should be reviewed and agreed upon during the booking process.
