At Chalo Ghoomein, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Therefore, we’ve created a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy to help guide you through the process in case you need to cancel or modify your booking.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation 15 Days or More Before the Start Date
    • No charge for cancellation and a full refund of your deposit will be processed for tour and hotel services.
    • Exceptions: This does not apply to air tickets, train tickets, services requiring advance payment for early bird prices, or any hotel policies not following Chalo Ghoomein program guidelines.
  2. Cancellation Between 7-15 Days Before the Start Date
    • 50% of the total cost for tour and hotel services will be charged.
  3. Cancellation Within 7 Days Before the Start Date
    • 100% of the total cost for tour and hotel services will be charged.
  4. Hotel and Cruise Changes
    • In the event that there are changes to hotels or cruises due to their own reasons (such as maintenance or room repairs), Chalo Ghoomein will support you by helping to find an alternative hotel or cruise of similar quality and price.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Process
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Refunds for Changes
    • If changes are made to your booking and you’re eligible for a refund due to resold services, the refund amount will be based on the price for the resold services and processed within the same time frame as above.
  3. Service Fees
    • Please note that some services (e.g., flight tickets, train tickets) may have non-refundable fees that will be deducted from the refund amount, in accordance with the terms of those providers.

Exceptions to Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Non-refundable Services: Certain travel services, such as airline tickets, early bird pricing, or hotel bookings outside of Chalo Ghoomein’s program, may have stricter cancellation or refund policies. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • Unexpected Events: If the cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, injuries), Chalo Ghoomein will work with you to provide support, and refund options will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of being as flexible as possible.
